Principal Responsibilities:

• Electronically palletize boxes that have been sorted onto pallets for shipments.
• Wrap and weigh pallets using machinery (Forklift, Hi-Lo).
• Generate paperwork such as pallet sheets, tags, and summaries.
• Enter shipment details into the Warehouse Management System.
• Create Loads and Bill of Lading (BOL) in the Warehouse Management System.
• Communicate with carriers via email or phone calls.
• Adhere to routing procedures for customer compliance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) for shipments.
• Assist with container offloading and truck loading.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout the shipping process.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer usage and communication via email and phone.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to cross-train for various tasks.
• Efficient multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Previous machine experience (electric pallet jack, forklift Hi-Lo).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Maps.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit as required.
• Capable of lifting items over 10 lbs and up to 75 lbs.

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
