Fleet Subject Matter Expert/Program Manager

Advise Clients on various aspects of Corporate Real Estate delivery. Act as Trusted Advisor that owns the process from idea to execution. Identify key priorities for each project and work to align organizational stakeholders and form overall program. Lead the project delivery team to ensure quality, speed, predictability and outcomes. This position has an emphasis on mobile equipment management and fleet operations in the material handling and janitorial equipment areas. Experience in these aspects is a plus. Position is remote with regular travel to sites for support and implementation.

Area of Responsibility

Relationship Management
Lead the client relationship/interface for the assigned business segment(s) and any additional initiatives assigned.
Establish a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with Client counterparts as an SME.
Coordinate work and/or approvals between other internal and/or external groups.

Program Execution
Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.
Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.
Manage the approval process for all assigned projects.

Some responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the fleet department adhering to and upholding the safety requirements from the corporate, client, federal, state, or local aspects.
Hold any safety incident to the highest priority in removing the hazard, diagnosing cause, and implementing short- and long-term preventative measures as efficiently as possible when the need arises.
Maintain electronic databases of sales, inventory, inspections and maintenance of fleet management and/or support subordinate efforts of same within JLL and client databases as required.
Ensure fleet availability to meet all current and future jobs and projects by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current mobile equipment usage trends.
Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements or reduction opportunities as they come available.
Perform vehicle registration and insurance formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing JLL fleet and provide assistance to client for same as needed.
Assist in routine and ad hoc maintenance planning, prioritizing client requirement of 100% on-time fleet PM completion.
Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with client policies while providing support and information regarding federal, state, and local requirements.
Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and client requirements.
Participate in and facilitating various workshops and educational programs and maintain knowledge on all industry relevant publications.
Develop and implement operational standards to maintain mobile equipment by advocating best practices in industry.
Plan, process and execute mobile equipment purchase and vehicle replacement for JLL based upon corporate requirements and procedures by working through existing and potential suppliers.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
Provide regular client and account leadership dashboard or presentation reporting on project/program performance.

Preferred skills:
Strength in MS Office programs
Smartsheet knowledge
Strong understanding of Mobile equipment fleet operations
Understanding of ANSI/OSHA standards
