About this role:

As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support and project coordination for multiple executive leaders across the Global Sales, Strategy and Operations (GSSO) leadership team.

What you'll do:

  • Administrative Support: Perform diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the GSSO leadership team, while exercising a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and initiative.

  • Communication: Create correspondence, reports and presentations. Proofread for spelling, grammar and format and edit as appropriate. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy. Handle incoming calls/requests for information.

  • Calendars: Maintain calendars for the GSSO leadership team and other senior GSSO leaders as needed.

  • Meeting planning and support: Manage complex conference agendas that require multiple attendees over multiple days, including all set-ups and any necessary external arrangements. Take meeting minutes as requested, including distribution and follow-up of action items.

  • Project Management: Manage projects as determined by the GSSO leadership team, responsible for supporting and managing project timelines.

  • Presentations: Create high-quality, compelling presentations. Create and edit documents using templates, images, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects. Utilize knowledge in working with GSSO leaders in tracking and problem solving.Gather data from multiple sources and present/repeat back to the leaders in a usable format.Collaborate with team members on special projects.

  • Office Management: Manage department operations. Maintain supplies inventory and order as necessary with proper approvals.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years business experience supporting senior executives.

  • Broad understanding of project management with the ability to manage a project from start to finish successfully.Small to medium sized project management experience required.

  • Must be highly organized, with strong time management skills and an ability to handle tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Capacity to work on multiple projects at once and ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignments and monitor workflow required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills including attention to detail.

  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint required. Experience working with HRIS systems preferred.

  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional manner required.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 48,800 USD - 67,620 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
