Senior Loan Support Specialist

As a Senior Loan Support Specialist, you are a member of PNC's Lending Services organization. You will be based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Your responsibilities include the following:

• You will manage both inbound and outbound calls in a blended call environment for all PNC loans submitted through various channels (Internet, Branch, NFSC sales).
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• You will provide customers with details of their application status including loan terms, fees, rates, etc. to ensure the customer is aware of all terms and conditions prior to the loan closing.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• You will initiate contact with outside creditors, vendors and/or agents in an effort to obtain information required for a decision and/or closing appointment.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• In this role you will gather information requested by Underwriting for the decision process.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• You will schedule closing appointments for approved applicants using the Centralized Fulfillment process.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Through direct customer contact, you will identify the opportunities for up-sell, down-sell, and cross-sell of additional bank products and services.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required.
  
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of retail bank products and services preferred.
  
  
  
  
  
• Proven analytical abilities and excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
  
  
  
  
  
• Strong PC and organizational skills preferred.

The Hours available:

8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
