We are currently looking for an experienced Webmaster to join our Web Marketing Team. As a Webmaster you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of external websites and supporting applications, including providing quality assurance, testing, as well as creating and maintaining content. Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain and manage online content on company web properties, as well as Facebook, Twitter, and other social media profiles
  • Help generate traffic, increase brand awareness, build relationships, and strengthen audience loyalty through social media.
  • Work with content writers and graphics designers on site updates and additions.
  • Coordinate, code and distribute email marketing communications
  • Thorough testing of properties and applications including the investigation and detection of problems, assessment and duplication issues, reach-of impact, and scope.
  • Write test specifications and procedures to continually improve the quality of testing and maximize efficiency of testing procedures.
  • Testing will include web-related applications such as: web pages, mid and large-scale projects, new and existing website content, email Marketing newsletters, online surveys, e-commerce applications, other conditions that affect the visitor and/or user experience and other variables as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer technology, communications or related field
  • Requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a related position
  • Ability to hand code in HTML/CSS
  • Solid understanding of web navigation, user habits, web design trends, cross browser and platform compatibility issues
  • Experience in behavioral testing methodologies as applied to web sites and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing
  • High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability work well under pressure in a team environment and in collaboration with other departments
  • Position requires multitasking and outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Other Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver or Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of .NET, IIS, JavaScript, RSS and XML
  • Ability to work in both MAC and PC environments
  • Experience with web reporting tool such as Google Analytics
