We provides transportation, facilities, marine, and industrial engineering services as well as architecture and construction services from offices in Baltimore, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Fairfax, Virginia. WBCM serves clients across the Mid-Atlantic region and is well positioned to provide services throughout the United States.
